The reason for the extra width is clear when we take a look at the input end, instead of the typical one USB, the cable splits into two USB and two audio cables. The woven cable is the most notably improved physical element from the previous model, it’s now significantly thicker and more durable, though I never had any issues with the previous cable it does feel like this one can take a lot more wear and tear without being at risk of coming apart or taking bend damage. In terms of durability this is great but it’s also the first of many reasons i’ll talk about that the keyboard isn’t practicable for moving around or taking to LAN parties etc. The whole board feels incredible solid and definitely has some weight to it. The overall design of the keyboard hasn’t changed a lot from the previous design however one thing is clear, it’s definitely built to last.
